I found Kristi on Instagram by accident but was really drawn to just how approachable she was.  I watched quite a few of her posts then decided to DM her and to purchase a 1 on 1 consult with her.  I have met with her several times.  From the beginning, she really listened to my concerns, asked about my history both healthwise and activity wise, then she put together a plan for me to follow so I may meet my goals.  She has helped me to determine my macros and suggested I begin logging my meals in an app to help me be more accountable.  This has  been very helpful and eye opening.  

 I am in the process of following the plan and am already feeling better.   She  encouraged me to up my calories; especially by focusing on the amount of protein I am getting each day.  I can tell a big difference already.  I am a runner and have completed a couple of races since starting the plan, and I can honestly say I feel so much better during the race.  I used to be miserable after the first few miles but now I feel  much stronger.
