Buffalo Chicken Salad

Simple lunch, snack or dinner. I use pre-cooked chicken. To make it easier, pick up a rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store!!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2-3

 

Ingredients: 

  1. 11/2 cups shredded chicken
  2. 1 stalk of celery, diced
  3. 1/8 of a red onion, diced small
  4. 2 tbsp. mayo 
  5. 2 tbsp. pickle relish
  6. 1/3 cup Franks Red-hot (or more to taste)
  7. Salt, to taste
  8. Black pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
