Pasta & Meat Sauce

Have you tried Banza noodles? They are amazing! Made from chick peas with an added 7 grams of protein per 1 ounce serving! This is another 3 ingredient meal. **To turn this into a 15 minute meal prep... cook the meat with sauce in the crock pot all day and when ready to eat, cook the noodles and broccoli. And voila!

Serves: 6-8


2 pounds ground sirloin 

1 32 ounce jar Rao's Marinara Sauce

1 8 ounce box Banza pasta 

2 bags frozen broccoli






1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

2. In the meantime, heat a skillet to medium heat and brown the sirloin.

3. Cook the broccoli (per choice) in the microwave per instructions on the bag, or air fry from frozen 10-15 minutes on 375 F. 

4. Once the water comes to a boil, add in the box of pasta.

5. Once the meat is browned through, add the entire jar of marinara sauce and simmer while the pasta cooks (about 8-10 minutes).

6. Once the past is done, you can mix with the meat sauce or serve the meat sauce on top of the banza noodles with the broccoli on the side.
